Choosing a residential treatment programme for the first time can be a daunting prospect and some people find these services difficult to understand when they are feeling vulnerable and scared. We aim to make the process as comfortable and easy to understand as possible, helping you and your loved ones make the right choice for your care.
Our dedicated team of Admissions Co-ordinators have years of experience in addiction treatment and are on hand 24/7 to guide you every step of the way through our simple 5 Step Admission Process. We believe that every penny of your investment for care should be spent on your treatment – our admission co-ordinators work solely for the Rehab Clinics Group, helping you directly choose one of our services and without the additional commission fees charged by third party agents.
For many clients, families or others, our easy access telephone or online based pre-admission assessment service is just enough and can help guide you through your options and co-ordinate your admission needs right up to entering one of our facilities.
Choosing the right place and treatment package is essential, and we understand that this is a big step and significant financial investment for many people. Over many years, we have learnt that some of our clients and their families prefer to discuss their needs and concerns with an Admissions Co-Ordinator face-to-face before they finally commit to one of our programmes. So, this year we have introduced two new options to help people to discuss their needs in more detail.
Home or Centre Based Assessment Service
For many of our clients and their families, the option to have a face-to-face discussion and assessment about treatment options at home can make all the difference and help put everyone at ease. Often, some people prefer to arrange their care in the privacy and safety of their own home and we are happy to arrange this for many of our clients.
An assessment at home usually takes longer than a standard telephone assessment and may involve one or more family members who also need to understand the service and how we can help their loved one. We would usually recommend that this can take up to 2 hours to complete and all the subsequent arrangements made for admission at the end of this.
We are happy to arrange for this to take place at a location of your choice and on days which best suit you; but, to qualify for this service, you must live or be able to meet within a 50-mile radius of one of our treatment facilities. Additional charges may be incurred if these are required outside of this radius.
Why not come to us? If you prefer, we can assess your needs in one of our current treatment centres nearest to you. This will not only give you the opportunity to visit one of our facilities, experience first-hand a working treatment centre, but also give you and your family the privacy and comfort you need to discuss your requirements and understand about our services. This is a FREE service and may help you feel more comfortable choosing your care.
Both Assessment Services place you under no obligation to use our treatment services and we will support you to ensure you are able to find a solution to yours or someone else’s addiction.
