As part of anger awareness week, we have carried out extensive research on how anger affects peoples physical and mental health. Our findings have been incorporated onto the below infographic which details some very interesting stats about the subject.
One interesting stat we came across was in relation to COVID-19’s impact on peoples anger with 40% of individuals admitting that they have felt more frustrated since the lockdown measures have been put in place.
Further to this we also found that 58% of people do not know where they can seek professional help or advice for anger-related issues. This is very concerning due to the impact of the current pandemic and we would like to raise as much awareness as possible about this as help from ourselves and other organisations is available.
