Treatment South East
Alcohol Rehab Centres In South East

We have treatment centres for alcohol rehab in South East

With a 28-day residential rehab treatment programme, we’ll identify the root cause of your addiction, give you a complete assessment both physically and mentally and administer a detox. We’ll then perform both individual and group therapy before compiling a comprehensive aftercare plan to send you back into your normal life as a completely different person.

We understand that making that first call is hard, and you may feel a sense of shame or embarrassment in doing so. But please don’t delay – the worse an addiction has set in, the harder it is to treat. So please call 0800 470 0382, or text HELP to 83222 and we will start to help you immediately.

Your long-term recovery

After your initial assessment on the telephone, we can admit you to one of our rehab clinics immediately and often on the same day – unlike the NHS, we don’t have waiting lists. Our prices are reasonable and are inclusive of all aspects of residential rehab, for example meals. From the moment you arrive with us, your long-term recovery is our top priority.

Your first assessment is vital to your treatment and though undoubtedly will be difficult, your honesty here is vital. We will learn about you, your addiction and any triggers that might cause you to abuse alcohol or drugs. We will perform a complete physical and psychological evaluation and factor our findings into your treatment.

Choosing the right treatment in South East England is very important and we have a number of rehab clinics in the area. We will work together to find the best course of treatment for you and we pride ourselves on treating you completely different to every one of our clients. Every person is different, every addiction affects a person differently and so we look to get to the root cause of your addiction before we begin any therapy sessions.

Detox in South East England

There’s no disguising the fact that detox is a very difficult procedure. It will have an impact on both body and mind. As the consumption of drugs or alcohol is stopped, your cravings will intensify and a series of withdrawal symptoms will begin to manifest themselves. This will be a tough period of the treatment but a residential rehab with Rehab Clinics Group will help you to see this through easier than any outpatient facility.

Firstly, instead of simply going to be a place or going to see a person of bad influence, you’ll be on site with us and not be able to give in to your cravings. Secondly, our medical team will be able to provide you with prescription medication to help you recover from withdrawal symptoms. By acting as a sedative, you’ll get all the help you need to get through this unpleasant part of the procedure.

Drug and alcohol therapy

When you have completed the detox, you’ll be able to undergo therapy sessions. Individual therapy session attendance is mandatory, your attendance at group sessions is highly recommended.

At individual sessions, we’ll continue to investigate the root cause of your issue and how to fix it. There are many reasons people turn to drugs or alcohol, but difficult childhoods and sexual abuse are some of the most common reasons that are found. We will focus on healing your mind once we’ve healed your body. Individual therapy sessions are also heavily focussed on giving you a more positive mindset when you leave our care and identifying your triggers, any bad influences and how they are best avoided.

Group sessions are mostly about sharing. Most of our staff are recovering addicts too, so you’ll be surrounded by people who understand how you are feeling. They too have the will to go back to their normal life free of the shackles of drug or alcohol addiction. These therapy sessions allow you to share coping mechanisms and how to react to situations that may lead to temptation.

Secondary care

When the time has come to leave our care, the emphasis will again shift to you. You need to keep your focus on abstaining from drugs or alcohol. This is something we can’t do for you. But we will send you back to your life with a new way of thinking, with practical advice and a positive outlook.

Our aftercare plan is for 12 months – this is a key time in your recovery. Studies show that the 12 months following your rehab is the time in which you’re most likely to suffer from a relapse. We will provide you with all the tools and skills to help you to avoid this. Should you need assistance, our 24-hour helpline is manned 7 days a week to advise you.

We will also advise you to join local support groups in order to continue to discuss your problems and to keep in touch with anyone you may have met during your stay with Rehab Clinics Group. New groups allow you to share your experiences with new people and this is important. There’s no cure for addiction but you can step free from its shadow with the right treatment.

Please don’t delay your call to us – addiction can cause long term damage to the liver, heart and the brain. We need you to make that tough first call, and when you do, we will give you all of the help that you need. We care about your recovery, and you can contact us 0800 470 0382, or text HELP to 83222.
